Here’s what he says:

Interviewer: How did you feel when you were nominated?
Joe: Oh, mate! It is the most unbelievable feeling, like. I was on set…actually doing a bit of actor…I was sulking…I was all tired and sulking. And me wonderful producer Matt Strevin come over and brought the news. I cried, man. It’s over-whelming, it’s…aw, dude…it’s… As an actor it doesn’t get much better. It doesn’t get much better. It doesn’t get any better, for me. I never saw myself here, in front of you guys, talking about what we’re talking about. It’s out of body, man. It’s weird. 
Interviewer:  What have you made of the amazing reaction to This Is England in general?
Joe: I love him…I just been…Scott…(winks to Andrew doing an interview beside him)…[I love him]…Moriarty, that. That’s Moriarty. He’s fucking ace. Go one, dude. Sorry, man!
Interviwer: What…
Joe: I’m ruining the interview. Sorry, ruining it. 
Interviewer: What have you made of the amazing reaction to This Is England?
Joe: It’s been extraordinary! To be honest with you, Shane’s stuff is usually a massive success. So it’s not come as much of a surprise anymore, but we worked bloody hard and…and…sorry, I’m messing the interview, cause I love him. I’m so sorry, it’s awful, innit! I should be concentrating. I’ve got terrible ADHD and I’ve had champagne and everything. You’ve just had it, you have. I got half-way through it, it’s a bloody shame I’ve ruined this interview. I’m being terrible. Use it all! Use all this! Surely there’ll be something.
Interviewer: So, are you back filming Misfits right now or..?
Joe: We’re back filming Misfits. We’ve got another…we’ve done month, have we? We’ve done the one month and we’ve got another five…four!…months left, which I know and was testing me publicist. She’s not my publicist. Whatever. She was right, that’s the bottom line. So yeah, four months left and it’s pretty intense, but it’s always good going, man. We always get some good stuff, so it’s very funny. 
Interviewer: We know you can’t give too much away, but there’s a few cast changes this year. I mean, what’s it been like working with new cast members and that 
Joe: Awful. Horrible people. They’re horrible people. But actually…smell a bit funny. The girl’s just weird. Nah, man, they’re awesome. It’s been an absolute joy, like. They really are lovely, lovely people. And you can see they’re a bit wide-eyed. I remember feeling like they feel now, at the risk of saying it like a patronizing shit. But I know how it feels to be the new being. They’re handling it men, they’re ace. They’re very funny. I mean, Jeremey Tarman, definitely.

I suppose I just looked at what is dark within my own soul… My inner psychopath. (x)
